What services does DOU Social offer?
We offer Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram advertising), social media management, content production (photography, video, design), web design, and brand strategy. All services are managed with an integrated strategy — you can combine modules to fit your needs.
How does pricing work? Do you have fixed packages?
Every brand comes with different needs, so we don't have a standard price list. After a free discovery call to understand your brand and goals, we prepare a tailored proposal. We offer packages in three tiers: Starter, Growth, and Scale.
Do you work with brands outside of Denizli?
Yes, we work with brands across Turkey and internationally. All processes and reporting are conducted online — location is no barrier.
What is the minimum budget for Meta ad management?
The minimum ad spend budget is 5,000 TL per month. An agency management fee is added on top. We also develop specific optimization strategies to maximize efficiency on smaller budgets.
How does reporting work? Is it transparent?
In addition to comprehensive monthly reports, we provide live dashboard access. Ad spend, conversion rates, cost per lead, and other KPIs can be tracked in real time. No surprises — every decision is data-driven.
Who produces the social media content?
All content is produced by the in-house content team at DOU Social — including photography, video, reels, graphic design, and copywriting. Monthly content calendars are submitted for your approval in advance.
How long is the contract? Can I exit easily?
We offer contract options from 3 to 12 months depending on the service. Contracts can be terminated with 30 days written notice. The minimum term commitment ensures the working time needed to deliver on our promises.
Can I switch from my current agency?
Yes. We manage the entire transition: ad account transfers, content archives, page access, and strategy handover included. The process is typically completed within 5-7 business days.
