At Dou Social, ensuring the privacy and security of your personal data is among our top priorities under the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK"). This policy has been prepared to explain the purposes for which personal data collected through our website at www.dousocial.com and our digital/social media services is processed, stored, and protected.

Identity information (name-surname), contact information (email, phone), customer transaction information (platform usage details, interaction data), financial information (service purchases, if any), corporate information, internet usage information (IP address, cookie records), complaints and support requests.

3. Purposes of Personal Data Processing

Service delivery (access to social media and digital platform services), account and campaign management, billing, customer communication, user interaction and performance analysis, and fulfillment of legal obligations.

4. Methods of Collection and Legal Bases

Your personal data is collected through our website, email communications, our social media accounts (@dousocial etc.), analytics tools, and integrated digital platforms (Meta, Google, etc.).

5. Transfer of Personal Data

Your data may be shared with financial advisors, banks and payment institutions for accounting purposes, technical infrastructure providers (AWS, Google Cloud, Meta, Google Analytics, etc.), and authorized public authorities when legally required.

6. Storage and Protection of Personal Data

Your personal data is retained for as long as the purposes of processing require, taking into account applicable statutory limitation periods. Once the purpose of processing ceases, data is deleted or anonymized by Dou Social. Encryption and up-to-date firewalls are used in digital environments. Access is restricted to authorized personnel and administrators only.

7. Rights of Data Subjects

Under Article 11 of KVKK, you have the right to learn whether your data is being processed, request correction, and request deletion. You may submit your requests to info@dousocial.com. Applications are concluded within the legal period of 30 days at the latest.
